Practice News & Calendar – November (2013)
Dear Practice Friends,
In the world of small business, the number five is really significant, because it represents a threshold beyond which many start-ups never cross; in the services industry specifically, 55% of new businesses fail before reaching their fifth anniversary.
Happily, I can announce that on November 17th, Practice turns five years young!
When I say that we could not have done it without you, I mean it quite literally and quite emphatically! As our way of saying thank you, during Practice’s birthday week of November 11-17, all of our group classes are free, including mat work, yoga, group reformer, and jump board. In addition to the classes we normally offer, for the anniversary week, we have added:
Group Reformer and Equipment: Tuesday, 11/12, at 6p with Kerry Young. Max 4 People.
ZEN*GA™ Matwork Flow: Thursday, 11/14 at 630p with Joy Karl. Max 10 people. ZEN*GA™ is an innovative fusion of exercise science and mindful movement that brings about clarity of the mind while releasing body tension through purposeful movement. This mat based workout provides the ideal combination of breath with fluid movements, resulting in enhanced flexibility and improved total-body strength.
The Group Reformer and Equipment class on Thursday, 11/14 at 530p with Leslie will be a circuit based class featuring the Halo, medicine ball, and ankle resistance bands. Prepare to sweat!
Normally, class reservations can only be made one week in advance, but we are taking reservations now for the free anniversary week classes. Please call the studio at 937-432-9399, or email pprzyborowski@gmail.com to sign up now as space is limited!
Once again, on behalf of the staff at Practice, thank you so very much for your support and your participation.
Best wishes,
Patrick
